Do I pay per clear or monthly?
Our snow clearing clients are billed monthly. We have found that offering seasonal contracts for monthly billing rather than per clear has resulted in the greatest benefit to our customers. Our customers enjoy:

Is snow removal from the property included in your service?
Unfortunately, we do not remove snow from properties currently. We clear pathways, driveways, and decks, moving the snow onto areas of the property that are less traversed during the winter.
How long after a snowfall will my driveway be cleared?
We are required to clear driveways and walkways within 24 hours of a snowfall. The time it will take to clear your driveway after a snowfall depends on factors including but not limited to:
Severity of Weather Conditions - Extreme weather conditions such as hazardously low temperatures and blizzard level winds slow down the snow clearing process. We value the safety of our technicians providers, and do not encourage reckless or unsafe practices.
Snowfall Quantity - We provide our technicians with the appropriate equipment and training to handle a wide range of snow levels. Naturally, the more snow, the more time will take for our technicians to complete their snow clearing route.
Time of Day - Along with the volume of snow, the time and duration of a snowfall will determine when technicians will start their respective snow clearing routes.
