How long does an estimate take?Depending on the complexity of the job, our estimates take between 2-7 business days to process.

What are my payment options?We have several payment options available. Customarily, clients pay either by cheque or online with their card.

Am I to pay before or after the service?We usually accept payments after the service has been completed.

Do I have to be present?This matter is entirely up to you. All our technicians are highly respectful and sensitive to the privacy of clients whether they are home or not. A few things to consider would be: Access: If only the exterior windows are being cleaned and are fully accessible, then there is no obligation for you to be present. Comfort & security: Each of our technicians is known to be trustworthy and mindful. However, if you are a first-time client, you may want to be present to become familiar with our technicians and how our services are executed, especially if the inside of your property is scheduled to be cleaned. Payment: Once our services are completed, you will receive are invoice that can be paid online promptly. This means you do not need to be physically present to settle your account. However, it may be best to be present if you are going to be paying by cheque to verify specific details. Special requests: Some matters/requests may require face-to-face communication and demonstrations. So, it may be best to be present if you have specific instructions you would like to inform our technicians performing the window cleaning.

What are your rescheduling or cancellation policies?There is no cancellation fee to reschedule, we do ask for 48 hours' notice in order not to cause any dispatching issues for our techs. Thank you!

What does your window cleaning service include?Our residential window cleaning service includes the washing of windows in addition to the removal of dust and wiping down of frames, sills, tracks, and screens.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?All homes and residential/commercial properties should be cleaned at least twice each year. However, your windows may need to be cleaned more often depending on factors such as your location, activity, and rare occasions. Location: The location of your property may contribute to a rapid accumulation of dust, pollen, leaves, soot, insects, bird droppings, or other forms of matter that diminish the appearance and cleanliness of window surfaces. Depending on the severity of the accumulation, your windows should be cleaned more than twice a year. Activity: Naturally, commercial properties experience a higher volume of traffic which comes with the increased occurrences of dust, dirt, smudges, and spots being left on windows. As a result, your commercial property may require weekly to quarterly window cleaning services to maintain its neat and clean appearance. Rare occasions: The need may arise when you would prefer to have your windows cleaned. You may like to have spotless windows for a special event, or your place may have been renovated recently. Such occasions like these are appropriate times for you to have your windows cleaned.

How can I prepare the area beforehand?Provide easy access to all windows that are to be cleaned by: Removing all objects, valuable items, or decorations from the windows/sills to prevent obstructions or accidental damages. Providing adequate space (at least 3 feet) between windows and indoor/outdoor furniture. Unlocking/providing access to windows that may be in private or restricted areas. Close all windows that are to be cleaned from the outside. Our technicians are trained to remove screens; however, some clients prefer to remove interior screens themselves. Please take note of and inform us of special requests. For example: Fragile/broken windows: The last thing we would want is for you to be inconvenienced. Before our technicians get to work, please inform them of any broken, or fragile elements in your windows or frames. Pets: Let technicians know if they need to be especially mindful to leave doors and windows closed to ensure your pets remain safe.

Why were some of my windows missed?We explore all safe and reasonable options to complete our window cleaning services thoroughly. However, please take note of some of the circumstances that can hinder a technician’s service: Inaccessibility/safety concerns: If a window is in a location that is blocked or difficult to reach, our technicians reserve the right to hold off from cleaning the window until a solution has been found. Damaged/Broken windows: Cleaning damaged or broken windows poses a greater safety risk to technicians and individuals in the vicinity. Additionally, any further damage to a window that is compromised becomes a matter of inconvenience to our clients. Weather conditions: On occasions, sudden changes in weather conditions may result in the postponement of our services in the interest of safety and quality assurance.

Traffic: The amount of traffic occurring on your carpet will determine if it needs to be cleaned more often than twice a year. For example, commercial properties and residential apartments/condominiums have considerably more foot traffic than private residences and would require more frequent carpet cleaning as a result. You may want to consider having monthly or quarterly carpet cleaning for highly traversed areas such as main entrances and hallways if you own commercial property or apartments. Manufacturer recommendations: Some carpets come with manufacturer warranties and instructions regarding the cleaning frequency and methods. These instructions hold even if your carpets may not look visibly dirty, and adhering to the manufacturer’s instructions will ensure that you stay within your warranty. Do you use highly scented solutions?Although our solutions are lightly scented, we do carry unscented products to accommodate those with scent sensitivity, while still providing a deep clean. Ask about our scent-sensitive solutions while booking your next service.

Do you clean upholstery or rugs?Unfortunately, at this present time, we do not service upholstery or rugs. Items such as items and furniture and rugs require equipment, chemicals, and methods that are different from carpet cleaning solutions.

Do you clean sewage spills?We offer a wide range of cleaning services; however, we do not offer sewage cleanup. Cleaning up sewage spills typically falls under the category of biohazard cleanup, and it may require specialized expertise. They can pose serious health risks due to the presence of bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants.

Do you remove bed bugs from carpets?Unfortunately, we do not treat places with bed bug infestation. Bed bugs are resilient pests that hide in cracks, crevices, and seams, making them challenging to eradicate through standard carpet cleaning processes. Furthermore, treating bed bugs with our equipment could lead to the transference of these pests to another location. For these reasons, we do not accept requests to clean places undergoing a bed bug infestation. If you suspect a bed bug infestation in your location, we encourage immediate action by contacting a professional pest control company that specializes in bed bug extermination.

What should I do before and after my carpets have been cleaned?Before Carpet Cleaning: 1. Vacuum Thoroughly - Before we arrive, we recommend you vacuum your carpets thoroughly. Move Furniture - Arrange to have furniture and large items removed from carpeted areas for more comprehensive cleaning. Our technicians do not move furniture or large items. 4. Identify Stains - Identify and point out any specific stains or areas of concern to the carpet cleaner. This allows them to give special attention to problem areas. 5. Secure Pets - Safeguard pets in a separate area during the cleaning process to prevent any interference and risks to the safety of both pets and technicians. 6. Ask Questions - Please contact us with questions or concerns about the cleaning process, beforehand. Many clients prefer to clarify details about the cleaning products we use, drying times, and other information relevant to your circumstances. After Carpet Cleaning 1. Wait for Drying - Allow your carpets to dry completely before returning furniture to their places. Usually, we recommend allowing 3-4 hours of drying time. 2. Ventilate the Area - Open windows and doors, during warmer seasons, to promote air circulation and speed up the drying process. You may also use fans to enhance ventilation. 3. Avoid Heavy Traffic - Minimize foot traffic, especially with indoor shoes, on the carpets until they are fully dry, so dirt and contaminants will not accumulate on the freshly cleaned carpets. 4. How long after a snowfall will my driveway be cleared?We are required to clear driveways and walkways within 24 hours of a snowfall. The time it will take to clear your driveway after a snowfall depends on factors including but not limited to: Severity of Weather Conditions - Extreme weather conditions such as hazardously low temperatures and blizzard-level winds slow down the snow clearing process. We value the safety of our technicians and emergency service provider, and do not encourage reckless or unsafe practices. Snowfall Quantity - We provide our technicians with the appropriate equipment and training to handle a wide range of snow levels. Understandably, the more snow, the more time will take for our technicians to complete their snow clearing route. Time of Day - Along with the quantity, the time and duration of a snowfall determine when technicians will start their respective snow clearing routes.

Do you remove snow from properties?Unfortunately, we do not remove snow from properties currently. We clear pathways, driveways, and decks, moving the snow onto areas of the property that are less traversed during the winter.
